Teething.....
Julia is 4 mths, and these past few weeks she has been going nuts chewing on her hand, and wanting to BF more often just to get some relief I guess? She has been acting a little fussy too and crying. What are some of the signs of teething?

That sounds like teething to me. Increased drool is also a sign. And Sarah gets really whiny right before she cuts a tooth.
Cool teethers or a pacifer from the fridge will help. Or a cool washcloth for her so chew on.
