Fortunoff or Macy's?
We're getting a new BR set and we like sets from both. They cost pretty much the same thing.
Which one has better qulaity? Does anyone have furniture from them?

all my major furniture is from Macys and i have not one complaint...although macys can get on my nerves sometimes customer service wise i still go through them for their furniture bc i know the quality is/will be great and it will last a long time

We bought our bedroom set and dining room furniture from Macys. They have been wonderful to deal with. When we received our table they was a little scratch on the leaf of the table and they were there within the week to replace the whole set. oh yeah they also gave us $100 gift card due to the inconvenience.

Quality depends on the manufacturer, not the company selling it 
That being said, we bought our kitchen/dining set from Forunoffs and the service was great

They both sell the same manufacturers, generally speaking.
We have bought stuff from both and had positive experiences with both.
