the soreness
so in addition to falling down half a flight of stairs Friday (advil helped a lot thanks to all that suggested it). I was fine by the next day and went out for my best friend's bday last night.
I danced like I have never danced before and OMG I'm sore and of course have a mini hangover looming coffee isn't helping.
