What to do about moisture in refrigerator
i have a huge sub-zero refrigerator/freezer. For some reason I have noticed that a block of ice is constantly forming in the back of my refrigerator on the bottom shelf. I lowered the temp to 3 (the coldest is 10) but it doesnt seem to help. There seems to be alot of moisture in my frig and I found english muffins in there that I bought only last week moldy today  I have never had that happen to me. Do you think the frig is going?

not sure, but if you have a spare frige somewhere, you may want to unplug it and defrost the whole thing... also make sure the back wall is not blocked by some container..... it sounds like the defrost is not draining to the pan, and instead lands on your shelf....

you might be blocking the vent...i
make sure the vent has a clear path to the objects in the freezer...

exactly what happened to mine. My fan was busted. I called an appliance repair company that specializes in sub-zero and they replaced the fan. Do you have a warranty?

I'm not sure. It came with the house. I will have to look through my papers to see. What repair company did you use? And if you dont mind me asking, how much did it cost?
