Affordable Groomer?

We found out last night that the groomer we've been using for Daisy has retired, closed up shop and disappeared.

So, needless to say, we're hoping to find another groomer for Daisy that isn't too expensive, but will groom her, clip her nails, express her anal sac, etc.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Oh, we live in PJS, but we're willing to hear any recommendation in Suffolk Co.

Sorry, I can't really help.
I took my pup to Petco for the first time last week for a bath, to clip his nails, clean his ears and brush his teeth. They charged $20. I never looked anywhere else, so I don't know if this is reasonable or not.

My mom has been going to the Groomery in Stony Brook for over 20 years. Melissa is her current groomer. Melissa just gave my puppy a beautiful schnauzer cut and only charged $32. It may be more for an adult dog. Give her a call - I'm sure you will love her!

I only use Bonnie at the West Islip VCA hospital. She is the best, they are a little expensive I pay 55.00 for my lhasa, but i would pay double that if I had to, she is that good.

We use Petco. I pay $50 - my dog is a cockapoo about 25 lbs

im having trouble finding someone in the area -i'll find out who my SIL uses (i think they are in rocky point).

I still take Bailey to Lindenhurst, its only $35 for a bath/cut/nail trimming etc.

my neighbor uses one of those mobile groomers, i've been meaning to ask her about it..

i have never paid less than $50 for a full groom - i had no idea it could be cheaper!

Groomery called me this morning. For a full size yorkie it's $37.

Thank you, Samantha! We're taking Daisy to the Groomery on Sunday to get cut, clipped and dolled up to be nice and pretty!

Will do. I guess I should take some before pictures tonight. We can barely see her eyes right now. It's actually rather funny, esp when she's chasing her toys.
