What do you use?
I'm not the brightest crayon in the box when it comes to the digital editing of pictures.
Which programs do you use and do you find it user friendly?

Re: What do you use?
I use MS Paint (built into Windows, and free... ) for simple resizing of individual images, and the simplest of editing.
PixResizer is awesome for resizing a folder full of images. Also free....
GIMP (FREE!!! ... see a pattern here?.... ) is great for more involved editing. Almost all the features of Photoshop (layers, color mapping, special effects, filters, etc) but at a price I like.
Like with anything, the more ability there is, the more complicated it will be. I think most tools are relatively user-friendly for what level they are at. "User friendliness" is a relative term. I work with computers all day, so I'm a bit more savvy than most, but I still think these tools are easy enough for most people.
