Broadway Shows...
Okay, I really did try to search first for Broadway shows with no success. It's my birthday Sunday and DH says let's go see a show...but he would never choose because I'm a PITA. I would love to know what you recommend. I'd like to see something I haven't seen...so here's what I have seen:
Les Mis
Phatom
Sweeney Todd
The Producers
Odd Couple
Spamalot
Rent
The Lion King
Aida
Beauty and the Beast
Blue Man Group
Cats (not that that's an option)
Chicago
Wicked

Well, he did it on his own. He ended up booking A Bronx Tale. Anyone see this?
Thanks, though. We're off all week, maybe I can get him to go to the discount ticket window during the week and see one of these shows anyway!

i'm a theatre nut, and I think you're miussing the best show on B'way right now... very funny: Drowsy Chaperone.
from your list i would do A Chorus LIne Odd Couple, Sweeney Todd, Wicked,Curtains (was that on your list)
have fun... stay away from the toursity shows like Disney and all the music of shows like Mamma Mia... they cost more and really the level of theatre is not that impressive IMO. just pop in anABBA cd and that's Mamma Mia...

I agree- saw this two weeks ago and loved it!
I REALLY loved Spring Awakening too. Saw that in July and enjoyed it. I would see it again!
