I don't know about you but I can't stand it when people flick there cigarettes out there car window.

My DH is a smoker and his car wasn't made with an ashtray.

Isn't smoking while driving is outlawed somewhere? They feel if a person drops the cigarette while driving they will become a hazard.
ITA that it is gross.

ITA that it is gross.
I believe it's $1,000 fine if you flick a lit cigarette out your car window in California.

I always wonder what would happen if a gas tank isn't closed enough or the cap isn't on.
On a simliar note, in the past month I have seen 3 people driving around without having their gas caps attached. I'm not talking about leaving it at the gas station, I mean it dangling along with them off the mini door flap. Weird.
