ER Watchers

WHAT are they doing to Neela?? Why is she all dressed up all the time? She works in the ER - why is her makeup all done, hair done, dangle earrings, a minidress and high heals??? Did I miss something??

And what do you guys think of Abby and Kovach? I hope they get back together...Sam isn't right for him!

I think she was all dressed up last night because that guy was supposed to be coming home and she was ready for when she saw him.
It seemed a little silly to me though
I was very impressed that she looked good all night - even after being bled on by the patient when she reached into his stomach!

LOL -- Yes her guy was supposed to be coming back from Iraq. But yeah, ummm I think I would have brought the heels with me and worn comfortable shoes to be in ER all day!! And even brought a change of clothes and kept the nice stuff clean and all. I mean, I think I would be skeeved to hug someone in clothes I was wearing in the ER all day....

Oh YEAH I didnt even think about all the blood that poured out of that guy!! And not a single spot on her dress, shoes or face! Amazing!! And boy did the waves in her hair hold up!!

LOL MrsJ --- I know!! Even if I get my hair done and all I do is walk out the door, it doesn't hold up that well!!

You noticed that she was supposed to go meet her man for dinner, but she got a call from some Lieutenant that she was never able to call back.

I'm guessing next week that call was to tell her that her man wasn't coming back.

Last nights episode was a bit crazy, but I liked it...

Nooooo she called back, and it turns out he can't come home because they got hit with a huge "incoming wounded" so he wasn't able to leave, but he is fine.

Weird -- cuz it takes at least a day to get home, they should have been able to tell her earlier that he wasn't on that plane that would have had to leave the day before!!

I actually thought it was a really good episode It's the only show I'm glued to every week and DH can't say a word during it. I do agree that I would have worn my flats instead of high heels, if I were Neela, but I guess she didn't know when Michael was going to show up.

Apart from the very early years, I think the last two seasons have been the best

I love ER. Watched every episode since way-back-when..
Yeah,I was also questioning Neela's "new look" but then I pieced together that she wanted to look good for her man.
I miss the EMERGENCY part of ER. It used to be that when there was some-sorta Emergency..you would feel the aprehension..now its mediocre,either they work on the patient for a while and then wheel them off to surgery or the patient is kapoot!

Hottie Dr. Kovac soooo belongs with Abbey,not that unstable Sam chick. He's leaving at the end of the season
(toot my horn moment)I get to see him live in the summer...he's my neighbor in Croatia

I hope he & Abbey get together --- she seems like such a great person (wait, I know she;' a tv character but sometimes I get carried away) ..but kinda lonely too. And I think he's well so hot...LOL!! Great pair!!

PS Sam was a psycho beatch to him -- all he ever did was try to HELP her!!

Get OUT!! He is so hot!! Have you met him??? Where in Croatia? I hear the coast is beautiful... My brother is in Sarajevo but they travel often, I think they have been to some islands in Croatia?.....

Oh I know it's Bosnia, just that they have been to Croatia - yes the Dalmatian Coast - a few times and said that it is really beautiful. Do you live there or just go every summer now?

Oh I would love to run into Kovacs -- is he a nice guy??

Yeah I met more celebrities when I lived in Spain that I ever have in NY....

Both DH & I came here as kids but tried to live back there a few times.He during highschool,me during the war (what was I thinking?)
Anyway,he's really suave..his wife is a tad snooty. She's kinda a silent celebrity herself..dad sports embassador,brother major soccer player and brothers wife,singing super star over there. They have a little boy Luka and thats who the character was named for- his nephew. Theres some trivia for ya!
We go every summer,last yr I was waiting in line for fresh bread every morning with Steven Spielberg..everyday I wanted to make a joke like"so Stevooo,whats your next project..need a new leading lady??" but, I didn't. He has a gorgeous 4 floored yacht (sp?) ahhh..to have $$$$$$$$$.

I dont want them to get back together if he is leaving. That poor girl has been through enough!!
