anyone watching TLC right now?
"please buy me house" is showing a retired couple on Long Island...I just started watching it, I'm trying to figure out the oint of the show.

I think this is the show where people are having problems selling the house and they are looking for help to get it sold....

i was watching the replay later at night, but got into something else and never saw the end. Did all 3 couples end up selling?
1 couple lived in S.C., was trying to sell the house in FL
1 couple was retired from LI - he was in a wheelchair. It was a big house - 6 BRs, i think? On over an acre...I was thinking it was out east
The last house was a single Mom in Baldwin trying to get out of there so her son could continue in the school district he started in...

I only saw the ending.
The couple with 2 houses in dire $$$ straights ended up renting the house in Florida for $5K a month. The wife's mother was going to come to SC to help with childcare so the mother could go back to work and pay down their debt.
The single mother sold the house for about $650K and was able to keep her son in the same school.
The other family sold their house, I can't remember the amount. One of the sons is an interior designer and threw his services in for free with the sale of the house. It seems to have been the deal maker as it sold shortly after that.
