Anybody get PG after an HSG?
DH and I have been trying for almost a year to get PG. I had an HSG done about 2 weeks ago and was told that 40% of people get PG the "regular" way after the test. So, I am in the 2ww now and I'm just wondering if the doctor got my hopes up, or of it really is possible.

after almost 2 years of trying and finally having the HSG done, we got pregnant our very 1st month following it.

I did. We were trying for about 1 1/2 years, and the month following the HSG, I got pregnant.
My doctor said something similar, and mentioned a research study that showed many women who had trouble getting pregnant do get pregnant within 6 months of this procedure. He didn't say a percentage though.

I had an ectopic in March my dr told me to take the HSG test to see if my tubes were blocked. Both tubes were clear. I took the test in May got pregnant in July.

My friend was trying for a year, she had an HSG and pregnant a week later! She now has a 9 week old son!

Yes! We were trying for about a year & I had a sonohysterogram (same as HSG but w/ saline instead of dye because I am allergic) and the following month we got PG! It was the month I was going to go for an IUI!
