Which one is better, Claritin or Claritin D-12?
I don't feel like going out now to buy something for this horrible sinus headache.
we have these 2 Claritins in the house.
the Claritin D I had to buy from behind the counter, does that mean it's better for what I need than regular Claritin?

Claritin D has a decongestant in it, so if you have a sinus headache, I'd take that. The regular Claritin is just for allergies.

Claritin D is a decongestant - it MIGHT help if your nose is stuffed up, but might not do anything for the sinus pressure you're feeling. 
then again, i could be totally wrong, and it just might do the trick! 
what does the label say?

The only thing that makes my sinus headaches go away is a decongestant. I'd take the Claritin D and some tylenol and you should be good as new by morning.

Claritin D has a bit stronger medication.

I just read the label and claritin D relieves sinus pressure so I took one.
