I just love...
when a conference call is scheduled to begin at a certain time and five minutes later you are STILL the only one on the call...

ugh, don't even get me started...my team members are ALWAYS late to conference calls....40 minutes late today
That is one of my biggest pet peeves, shows a total lack of respect for my time

Seriously?? I am a Project Manager and I host conference calls all day. I wouldn't put up with that crap for my meetings. They know that they have to be on time or else.

We all use the same conference call hosting company, and if the "host" hasn't logged in, you get the same annoying music until they do.... At least if it changed once in a while, it might not be so bad....
