almost there!
We just got the call from the bank...we are "clear to close" now just waiting for the title search to be complete!

sooooooooooooo awesome Jill! so when's the closing date?
we had our appraisal on monday which im guessing went well bc i wasnt called about anything thank god
our closing date is november 15th bc the sellers need to find a house. hopefully things go smoothly
anyway yay for u guys!!!!!!!!

I just spoke with the lawyer and he said that the seller has some things to finish up since this is an estate sell and then the title search will be done so he said to figure on closing in two weeks! (Our contract says around 10/15)
Good Luck! It sounds like things are really moving along for you guys also!!
