The waiting...
Girls who are near the end and just at home "waiting", how are you passing your days? I tried going out for a walk and shopping yesterday but I walk sooooo slow and have to pee the minute I leave my apartment so I'm hesitant to try that again but I'm going stir crazy!!!! It's been less than a week and I may have 2-3 more weeks of this

I'm due on 10-10 and have a feeling that my little girl isnt coming out any time soon. I've been 1 cm for the last 4 weeks and i'm only 40% effaced.
I work part time so that helps pass the time but on my days off i go crazy!! I pretty much clean up the house, run errands, mess around in the nursery, watch t.v or nap...lol

I am working from home, so I am definitely keeping busy but I am getting cabin fever. Hoping to get my last mani and pedi on Friday.
I would go out, but I am walking around like I am 80, so its a little embarrasing!

i am right there with you. still going to work, but the waiting is absolutely excruciating.
got a mani/pedi this past weekend, as well as an eyebrow wax. today i got my hair cut and colored/highlighted. my sister says that primping and preening is obviously my version of nesting

I have 4 weeks to go. My doctor is ready for me to stop working (I do a lot of standing and walking), but I feel like I would go stir-crazy at home.

i am right there with you. still going to work, but the waiting is absolutely excruciating.

I did all that stuff last week too! DH thinks I'm being vain bc I also told him I have to do a self-tanner soon so I dont look pasty and blotchy in pics

I hear ya. I was due 09/27 and am just playing the waiting game. I left work on the 17th so I've had a lot of down time. At first I shopped, visited friends, cleaned like crazy, ran errands. Now I pretty much stick close to home, cook meals to freeze, take local walks and do minor cleaning.

Same here. I was actually due on 9/26. Now the waiting is driving me crazy. I wish it wasn't so humid outside so I could go for a walk.

Same here. I was actually due on 9/26. Now the waiting is driving me crazy. I wish it wasn't so humid outside so I could go for a walk.
You must be at your wit's end. Labor dust to you both

I baked a cake that said "hurry home" and ate a slice every morning..... the cake was gone before she made her apperance a week late:)

mine was telling my belly not to come out until weds because he's got work to do  i will still, however, be doing squats and eating a spicy meal with a glass of wine tomorrow in hopes of getting things moving!
