we take possession tomorrow!
I am so excited I can hardly concentrate at work. It's been th longest 12 days ever, but tomorrow we FINALLY get the keys and the whole place to ourselves.
We have our first workmen coming Friday for estimates and my ILs are coming to help for an entire week. (My MIL is an awesome painter)... Next week, dry wall + painting + sanding / staining cabinets... Week after that, the floors are being sanded (possibly stained) and poly'd. Then we move in on the 20th. 
This Saturday, all our new appliances come and the cable guy.
We just need to find someone to do our countertop and backsplash. We're thinking Home Depot, but it apparently takes a couple weeks and I thought their prices were high...
