Tea to Try...

I have posted before that I'm doing accupuncture. Well my accupuncturist is also a nutritionist and gave me suggestions on what to eat. One of the suggestions is to drink tea, water with lemon, water with ginger root. No soda, coffee, alcohol, juice. She specifically reccommended this tea and I wanted to share it:

Yogi Mother to Be Tea

She said it helps to promote healthy blood flow to the uteris and she suggests it for those TTC and pregnant woman. She says to use two tea bags per cup to increase its potency.

i love tea! i'll check it out. some people are concerned with red raspberry leaf and uterine contractions, but i've also heard a good deal to the contrary.
