"ER" t.v. question
I just watched the premiere the other night. I know at the end of last season, Luca left to go to Croatia to see his family. Is he still there? And did Abby mention him or when he was coming back?

I think they mentioned him at the beginning, I don't remember what they said about him. I think along the lines of "he's not chief of the ER anymore

I think, at the end of last season, the actor's contract was up so they sent Luca to Croatia. I don't know the outcome, but didn't see his name in the opening credits for last week's episode.
We already knew he wasn't Chief anymore, just not sure if he's going to stay in Croatia or if he'll be back.
