My parents sold their house!!!!
FINALLY!!!! After all the stress and headaches, they finally sold their house. They all signed the contract last night. They're closing on November 25th.
I'm so relieved for them!!! Now they will DEFINITELY be up here in time for their new grandbaby to get here

I remember you posting how depressed your Dad was, I'm so glad it's sold. I live in Massapequa and browse the MLSLI for the area from time to time and everytime I saw the house, I felt bad thinking of your Dad worrying 
Congrats to your parents!! Sounds like good timing for everyone.

oh wow! i remember that too! i felt awful thinking of how thats just like my dad too worry himself until he would get sick.....IM SOOOOO HAPPY FOR UR PARENTS!....no more worrying YAY! i wish u and ur parents all the luck
