OK just got back from ECF Dr looked at my ovaries at the moment the right one is the size of a grapefruit with many more follies on it the good= there is no fluid around it the bad=I may have to do a frozen transfer...He said that it is possible that it could just be swollen and once the follies are gone the swelling could go down and be OK for transfer on thursday but worse case scenerio we freeze them and do transfer in a few months...

i have well over 30 follies they stopped counting yesterday at 20 b/c i was so uncomfortable

I have been there - to the point of dehydrating, vomiting and going into the hospital to be drained.
Be very aware of your weight...weigh yourself every few hours. If you see a drastic weight gain - call the Dr.
Drink a ton of Gatorade/Water mixed 50/50...too much gatorade is too salty and will make it worse, but you need it to flush you system.
Make sure you stay off your feet - keep them elevated if possible and don't eat any large meals.
I am praying you don't really hyperstimulate...and BTW, if you do it's much better to wait cuz if you get PG on this transfer the symptoms will get weigh worse.
