Tuesday's Gossip
The stripper who snapped those saucy shots of boxer Oscar De La Hoya may be protesting too much. On Sunday, Milana Dravnel told us she was "pressured into going public with the photos" of the married champ in drag "by certain individuals who ... acted solely for their own financial gain. I have not received any money."
The 22-year-old Russian vixen may not have received a check yet, but she does have a contract with the picture-peddlers at the X17 agency, according to two sources who say they've seen the document. Dravnel is said to be in line for 70% of any sales. But she still doesn't sound happy on a voice mail she recently left for a partner who licensed the photos to "Entertainment Tonight," which also interviewed her.
"I could have gotten so much more money," Dravnel says on the tape. "All America is watching this. They're making so much money on me! And you let them take advantage of me and do this for $70,000? ... I revealed Oscar looking like s-. I crushed a million hearts of kids who are in love with the guy. ... Everybody hates me now for doing this. ... We're going to get another $100,000? It doesn't matter! ... I can't sleep. I can't eat. I wish we would have been a lot smarter."
Despite her public apology to Oscar and his wife, Dravnel is also due to be paid for photos and quotes that ran in Britain's News of the World.
Meanwhile, X17online.com is due to post still more shots, purportedly taken of De La Hoya by another girl at one of the dress-up parties.

Jay-Z gave NYC a sneak preview of his new CD (based on the movie "American Gangster") Thursday. After meeting with Quincy Jones, L.A. Reid and Russell Simmons at Wakiya at the Gramercy Hotel to tell them about the album, he spun "Blue Magic" at Marquee with gal pal Beyoncé by his side. "They were really cute at the club," said a spy. "They were dancing and singing each other's songs all night."

Leonardo DiCaprio had the back of club promoter Danny A Sunday night at Upstairs. "Danny was getting into an altercation by the bar with a regular patron," says our witness. "[Leo] jumped up from his seat and stood right behind [Danny]. He was just glaring at this guy over Danny's shoulder, with his posse behind him." The loud patron quickly quieted down. Danny A played down the incident, saying, "I have security. I don't use my friends." Leo's lady, Bar Rafaeli, will be happy to know he politely ignored one model after another, preferring to talk to Lukas Haas and Emile Hirsch.

Tyra Banks celebrated her return to N.Y. at the Gramercy Hotel penthouse. People managing editor Larry Hackett, who hosted the dinner for her NYC-based talk show, raised a glass along with Tyra's boyfriend, John Utendahl, Time Warner CEO **** Parsons and Endeavor Agency honcho Nancy Josephson.

That's funny, she doesn't look Jewish. Actress (and Queens native) Lucy Liu has been spotted reading "The First Hebrew Primer" between takes on the New York set of "Cashmere Mafia." The book is a guide to understanding biblical Hebrew.
Liu was recently spotted with a pal, noted kabbalah devotee Demi Moore, at the ZacPosen show during Fashion Week. But her rep did not comment yesterday on whether Demi had introduced her to the red-string religion.
Our backstage snitch says: "Lucy is so nice and friendly on the set and always knows her lines, so instead of studying the script, she reads her 'Hebrew Primer.' " No word on whether she gets to take the
Jewish holidays off, too.

Lindsay Lohan is about to be a free woman. A pal of the recovering actress tells us she is set to leave rehab this weekend.
Lohan has been staying at the Cirque Lodge in Sundance, Utah, since the first weekend in August. She was infamously carrying cocaine in her pocket during a July DUI bust, and later tested positive for the drug.
Asked where she was headed on her release, the pal responded, "I don't think she knows yet."
Lohan has previously been treated at the Promises and Wonderland facilities in Los Angeles.

A BIG-mouthed extra working on the new "Indiana Jones" flick has blown his fledgling movie career to smithereens by spilling the film's major plot points.
Director Steven Spielberg and producer George Lucas made the entire cast and crew of "Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull" sign nondisclosure agreements. But Tyler Nelson - cast as a "dancing Russian soldier" - gave an interview to his hometown newspaper, the Edmond Sun in Oklahoma, in which he revealed that:
* Indy, played once again by Harrison Ford, and the Soviet army are both searching for a priceless skull made of crystal in the jungles of South America.
* The Russians take Indy hostage and then blackmail him by threatening to kill his ex-girlfriend and mother of his son, Marion Ravenwood, portrayed by Karen Allen. Cast as the son is Shia LaBeouf.
* Cate Blanchett plays an evil Russian who grills Indy. "I saw Harrison Ford strapped to a chair and being interrogated," Nelson told the paper.
Nelson's own big scene comes when he celebrates Indy's capture by dancing to balalaika folk music. But it's doubtful the footage of the 24-year-old actor - a professionally trained ballet dancer who studied at the Bolshoi Academy in Moscow - will make it into the final cut. Spielberg, furious Nelson blabbed, has reportedly snipped his scene.
Spielberg's spokesman, Marvin Levy, wouldn't say whether any of Nelson's spoilers are accurate, but noted: "Who knows whether that particular person will ever work in this town again?"
Reached by Page Six yesterday, Nelson told us, "No comment. I'm not supposed to talk about it." But his rep at the Thomas Talent Agency said, "He's in trouble. He's got to know that he can't do that."
Meanwhile, there have been behind-the-scenes machinations to get the story squashed. Nelson got the Edmond Sun to yank the story from its Web site, with an employee there telling us: "We removed it out of respect to a hometown boy." And plot-spoilers posted on Harry Knowles' influential Ain't It Cool News site also vanished. Knowles didn't return our call.
The movie, fourth in the "Indiana Jones" series, is set to hit theaters in May.

Frolicking around naked and using drugs in front of her children was one thing. But now Britney Spears' former bodyguard has accused her of driving into oncoming traffic.
The troubled pop tart who is fighting for custody of her two sons, Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 12 months, would take off in her car without telling anyone where she was going and drive into traffic, Splash News reports.
At other times she¹d scream uncontrollably, Tony Barretto claimed. And he insisted her irrational behavior made it a dangerous place for her two children to be.
"This wasn¹t a safe place given the instability of the household," he said.
"We were always concerned. At times she would want to leave without telling us where she was going just to drive throughout the town, it was very dangerous with paparazzi."
"Then at times she would drive through town and go into oncoming traffic and we just didn¹t understand what she was doing or what her motivation was," he said, according to Splash News.
Barretto was a mystery witness last week in Spears custody case with ex-hubby Kevin Federline.
The hired muscle says his motivation was his concern for the kids.
"I made a decision based on the situations I was placed in while working for Ms. Spears and my deep concern for her children," he said.

I HATE L.A., I'm so sick of that town. I don't want anyone to know I'm here in Atlanta" - Britney Spears overheard complaining Sunday while shopping at Intermix in Atlanta.
******************************** SORRY, Helena Christensen, but it looks like Heath Ledger isn't ready to commit. After breaking up with baby mama Michelle Williams, Ledger was spotted locking lips with the Danish pastry. Our spies, however, spotted him leaving the Beatrice Inn in the West Village early Sunday morning, looking for a fresh catch. "He wasn't drinking, but he was there with his friend," we're told. "The friend chased two girls as they were leaving and gave them Heath's address. He told them to meet at Heath's new apartment in SoHo." Ledger's rep did not return calls.

Paris Hilton has a new man - Alex Vaggo, a 22-year-old Swedish tourist. "We all met Alex on the street near the USA Hostel in Hollywood," our spy in the heirhead's camp said. "The hostel is $27 a night and they shove in six people to a room. But in the morning there are all the pancakes you can eat. Our friend introduced him to Paris and she immediately took a liking to him. He's very hot. He's living much better now." Hilton is apparently so taken with Vaggo, she's introducing him to Ford Models scouts this week. Meanwhile, Paris is no longer represented by damage-control specialist Mike Sitrick, who handled her after her release from jail for parole violation, when she turned over a new leaf and started doing "charity work." Her new rep, Lori Glass Berk, said of the Swedish stud, "They are just friends."
