Length of period

I've always been very regular since I've been off the pill AF arrives every 26-27 days. However, I only get my period for 3 maybe 4 days and it's only heavy for a day or 2. Could this be a problem? It was like this before BCP too.

That doesn't seem very unusual. If you only had it for two days and it was light, I would be concerned. But you sound okay....

Hi.. funny you should post this.. I just talked to my doc about this again (it is just something that bothers me because when I was younger it was never like that).. My doc said that she measured my lining and it was perfect to hold a pg (if I ever get there).. so I asked her if this happens because I am getting older or what the deal is.. she said no not because you are getting older but because your body changes and this is a change that has happen to me... I guess I have to accept it and move on.. but my AF is the same as yours very light and only lasts a couple of days.. but as long as my lining is ok i guess im good with that. I was never on BC so i don't know if that has something to do with it.

I have the same type of cycle and period that you do. I am grateful for short periods. When I was first menstruating, It was a nice 7 days long .
