I know there was a post already...
But does anyone know of a Yoga place in Suffolk that does PreNatal Yoga??? Anyone want to do it with me??

If you find a place that is close enough to me - I would be happy to go with you!
I admit I haven't tried that hard to find a place that is convenient for me, however, not one of the dozens of threads on this subject have resulted in anyone saying there is a place even remotely close to anyplace I am (home, work etc).

just found this site, you can find yoga classes by zip code...
yoga
just have to check whether it is pre-natal yoga. I just emailed 1 of the places in Patchogue, they have beginnner classes starting on October 1st. I am waiting to hear if they would accomodate pregnant beginners.

I would DEFINITELY be interested in the Patchogue one- I think it's on South Ocean just north of Main- I could walk there, which would be extra nice.
