leg cramps...
are these normal? i've never had them before in my life and I had my first 2 nights ago and again today...same leg, right calf. is this normal or should i be concerned? i'm 33 wks.

Totally normal.
My OB told me to take two Tums before bedtime and once I started doing that I had no more issues at night.

Completely normal.
I found that when I got them, if I stood with my foot flat on the floor as quickly as possible (tough to do when you're pregnant, i know) they would go away quicker.
And the Tums helped too.

yup...its normal... they can be so painful! Just keep drinking a lot of water, and i've heard bananas help too!

I heard Calcium helps (which may explain the Tums). So I try to drink milk right before bed.

yes! I got them a lot in the third trimester with my daughter. it was when I did too much and didn't drink enough water that day.
