You can contact your car insurance. Some of them offer the class. I did it with Allstate.

Call your local library.
I just took it this weekend with DH through his job with the Town, but you have to have family who works there.

Driving schools usually have them at least once a week, often more. While they may cost a tiny bit more (not much, though), the scheduling makes it definitely worthwhile.

Be careful. Last I checked New York State did not recognize the online classes. I was told you had to physically attend a class.

I do it at my library every 3 years. They also hold them at the local Mason hall in Islip.
I have a phone number for the instructor that runs them at our library, if you are in the Islip area.
