AF and Miscarriage??
Well I got my BFP last week. Today I started getting AF cramps and a light flow of red bleeding. I am thinking I am going through a miscarriage but I am not sure.
Has anyone experienced a similar situation??

i had brown blood whic they say is old, some people do bleed, if the cramps are mild you might be ok, i know they get pretty sever with a MC, but def. call the dr....

Started out pinkish and is now red.
I have cramps but not that severe.

hmm i dont now, but if i recall i did have pink...i never had a MC but i had an ectopic, so if you get any side pan go to the ER...i hope your ok though

I am only like 5-6 weeks pregnant. If I did have a miscarriage, would I see anything pass in my urine, like tissues or anything??

At 5w5d I had cramping and bleeding. It turned out to be fine and now I am almost 23 weeks. Actually through out most of my pregnancy I have had the cramping. The bleeding was just that once. Hope this helps and just want to send you

i just went through a miscarriage. pink dark blood call your dr and go see him to check your levels.. heavy bleeding and bad cramping is a threatened miscarriage.
praying for you.. sure its ok.. call your dr and try and stay off your feet legs up

I'm so sorry you're going through this and I hope it all works out for you. I just went through a very early MC at the end of July. I had bleeding that started out pink and turned more red. When you're this early on, the best way to tell what's going on is by having your levels tested. My prayers are with you.

I had bleeding at the beginning of my pregnancy - doctors said it can be something like a blood blister that popped - I don't know - never heard of that.
I then had pink spotting after that
I ended up having low progesterone levels and had to be put on suppositories
If you want to be put at ease, I would call you doctor to have them do blood tests.

This is called a subchorionic hematoma. They could see this on vag. ultrasound. Have you had your beta hcg and progesterone checked?

I went to the dr today. He did an ultrasound but I am only 5 weeks so there wasn't anything to see anyways.
I had my bloodwork taken. I will find out my levels tomorrow.

I'm a wreck right now too my first apt. is on wed. and ive been having brownish discharge for the last three days as well as some cramping  this dr apt cant get here fast enough
