The Latest
Well as you may have read, I had the doctor last night. The status was 2.5 cm, 80% effaced and -1.
Had a horrible night full of cramps and pain. Just went back to the doctor this morning. We are now 3.5 cm, 90% effaced and almost ready to go. Doc offered to send me to the hospital now and break my water, or let Dh and I go home and walk around for a while and come back with the labor pains are worse.
We opted to go home, trying to avoid as much medical intervention as possible. Doc thinks we may have a bday party tonight. I am hoping it is tonight or this weekend. I can't take too many more of these contractions on my own!
