Anyone ever feel...
completely out of breath and actually feel their heart beating very hard? I am 18 weeks today and suddenly feel like I can't catch my breath. Should I be worried?

I definitely get more out of breath now that I am pregnant. I am 39 weeks now, and I think I remember starting to feel out of breath at about 3 months. It is normal, but I would mention it to your doctor. Here is an article explaining why it happens:

Totally normal around this time...I remember experiencing the shortness of breath around that time as wel...its your uterus expanding and pressing agaianst your lungs...no need to worry.
