Is this normal?

I am currently 21 weeks. Our little one has been very active over the last week. However, yesterday and today I haven't really felt her kick/move. Is this normal or should I be concerned??

If you have noticed a significant decrease in fetal movement you need to call your doctor. I am sure everything is fine but you need to get checked out Chat Icon

Try drinking some juice also, that can make them move.

This has happened to me constantly. For one or two days, her movement would be very limited and then the next day, she would certainly make up for it. She would also save her energy for nighttime. Check with your doc to be sure.

i would check with your doc to be sure, but this definitely happened to me, especially during that stage. i found that DS would be much more quiet in the couple of days when we were both having a growth spurt.

Have you been more active over the last couple of days? I find when I am very active the baby doesn't move as much, or maybe it is that I do not notice as much. Like another poster said try drinking juice and I would also eat something and then lay down and really pay attention to your belly. If you do not feel your baby move soon I would call the doctor just to be safe. You are at the beginning stages of when you feel the baby move so I would not be too concerned. I am not even sure I felt the baby move much at 21 weeks.

I did call my doc and am going to see him this afternoon. Thank you all for your advice.
