Baby Ethans arival story :)
It really isn't anything to exciting but here I go.....
I got up on tues and had some blood so I called the midwife she said it was normal Can I go to work yes - well I didn't DH cancelled his apts... We did some errens got home around 2 had lunch. Then around 3 some liquid came out of me everytime I moved so we called the midwives again ( thru out the day I was cramping not thinking much of it) I was + for strep B.... Wasn't sure if my water broke, we were told to go to thehospital just in case it did
3:30 at the hospital nurse is cking me out I am having contractions but not that bad midwife came around 5 maybe (not 100% on the time frame) I was 4cm
they moved me to the labor and delivery room --- having more intense contractions. It took me a while to get an epidural around 9pm maybe ( I was 7.5 cm) I got it. Had the baby at 11:59 :) 9/11/07 -- he was the last baby born at the hospital on 9/11/07
that's my story. Now that its all said and done I am still thinking WOW cant believe that I went thru all that :)
And my DH is the BEST dad any boy would want he helps out SOOOO much
I just have been feeling really bad for our 8 year old daughter and the dog :(
