Breakfast ideas
I used to eat yogurt and granola everyday but since getting pregnant I just can't stomach it for some reason. I prefer to eat my breakfast at work and I've tried to eat cereal with milk, bananas, and almonds, but I always end up with cheerios all over my floor and milk on my keyboard. Any other ideas for something that can be made/eaten at work and doesn't make a mess.

Re: Breakfast ideas
do you like oatmeal? they have those instant oatmeal containers that you can just put in the microwave. i put a tablespoon of peanut butter in mine for a little protein/fat - you could keep a jar of peanut butter in your desk.
or maybe a healthy breakfast bar of some kind and a piece of fruit?

I thought about oatmeal. That's an idea. DH suggested a breakfast bar and fruit too. Any suggestions on a health one? I feel like most are marketed as healthy but really aren't.

I like the Special K bars for breakfast. Also, oatmeal, sliced fruit, raisin brand crunch cereal (dry, no milk), and the oatmeal to go breaksfast bars are some of the things I switch between during the week because I also eat at work and need something quick and easy.

A hardboiled egg (if you have a refrigerator at work you can bring in enough for the week in a lunch bag and keep them cool), a protein bar, yogurt, instant oatmeal, some nuts and a piece of fruit.
