Back from the dr. w/ my clomid...
Now what? He told me to start it today and take it thru Tuesday. I have a 2 day craft fair in Setauket that I have a booth at this weekend, so I'm very nervous about taking it. I know some people have had bad side effects and it's making me nervous. Any suggestions?

I only had hot flahses and they didnt start till after I finished the 5 days. I would just take it after dinner or before bed and you should be fine. How many mgs?

Well I'm one of the people that had terrible side effects but I can tell you that they didn't get really bad until after I stopped taking it (and I was on 150 mg)...honestly you are not going to know how you will react until you take them...but in all the research I did on this site and tons of others, 95% of people have very mild side effects, like some hot flashes. Take it at night, and I'm sure you will be fine!!! Hoping it works for you!!!

I haven't had a bad experience from taking it. I only had some hot flashes at night. good luck.

No matter what the side effects are, they won't keep you from working the booth.
They usually don't start until after you are done taking Clomid and they are generally only hot flashes.

Glad to hear I'm not alone!!! I'm so nervous! I hand-paint glassware, mailboxes, cakeplates, etc...
I just drove all the way back to Setauket (for the 2nd time today from the North fork- I had a drs appt at 7:30 this am) to set up my booth. I didnt put any of my stuff out but i set the tent up and the tables,etc... this way in case I feel sick I won't have to do that--- and the weather is supposed to be rainy in the morning (when I'd be setting up) and then clearing up and sunny the rest of the day.

Thanks everyone- I hate taking new meds- I always feel like I'm going to get bad side effects!

I took 50 mgs and took it at night.
The hot flashes didn't start for a few days, and by then I was finished taking them.

So far so good!!! They told me to take it at the same time every day... so I've been taking it at 9:30pm. Last night I was up until almost 3am finishing stuff up for today's fair.
The weather stunk this morning and it kept a lot of people away from the fairl. I'm hoping for a better day tomorrow. thanks!!!
