are these ok for lunch?
This is probably a silly question, but....
For lunch during the week, I usually have a Lean Cuisine or a Smart Ones. Is this still ok?

My doctor said they were ok in moderation. She said as long as my BP didn't get too high they were perfectly fine to eat once or twice a week.

I'd be careful....they're VERY high in sodium and could cause high water retention...but of course you can have them in moderation.
