Dont people learn...
My father just told me, he saw this guy driving with his son on his lap. Then he saw him again driving the baby was standing on his lap in just his diaper and my dad said the baby had to be between 1-2 years old. He said the guy had a huge smile on his face like he was doing something so great.. Must people learn the hard way, not to do such idiotic things.

All I can say is O-M-G. I would have called it in. The babies father was breaking the law and endangering his child.
