Shelters

There was a show on HBO this morning about a shelter in upstate NY and I was flipping through the channels and caught it because they showed a cocker spaniel ,so of course I watched as I have one and the dog was gorgeous and they tested it for aggression and it passed the food test but when it came to the treat test the dog got aggressive and they decided to put it to sleep, they did not even give the poor baby a chance, just decided to give it euthanasia, so the lady took it to McDonalds for a last supper and then to the vet and they showed the dog getting put down and I feel sick, that people give up so easily. Just DISGUSTING!!!!!

Wow, that's really sad.

It is very sad, but at the same time these shelters are so overcrowded that if they find any reason why the dog may not be adoptable they have to put it down.
Maybe if less people bought a petstores and more went to shelters, there wouldn't be such a crowding problem.
