Our bid was accepted!!!
And we had the home inspection on Friday, and everything looks great!!! Only a few minor repairs that we will ask the seller to fix.
-one outlet in kitchen isn't working
-two bedroom doors are sticking when closed
-a loose handrail on the deck
Thank goodness nothing major!! If all goes well we will be closing on the 21st!! That leaves me two weeks to pack Image Attachment(s):

This is the one DH wanted, but we have been back 3 times since, and I like it more and more every time!!! And we found out the one that I wanted had horrible parking, and that would have been a deal breaker for us. So I am happy with this one!

very nice, the doors sticking is due to the humidty I dont think they can do much with that but thats minor.
