my dr. appt today
well i had another sono & check up today. baby is weighing 5lbs 9 oz and looks good - thank GOD. however dr put me on modified bedrest due to the crazy swelling. My blood pressure was a little high this a.m. but they monitored me for about 1 hour and then it was fine. I was supposed to go into work but got done at doctors later than i thought so although today was to be my last day i'm going to go in for a little bit on Monday to finish up some things. everything is achy at this point due to the fluid in all my joints 
what exactly does moderate bedrest mean? he said no long walks, nothing strenous and i didnt even think to ask for specifications

Basically normal activity is OK..Just dont go marathon grocery shopping keep it to a milk and dozen eggs shopping..no scrubbing the kitchen floor but feel free to wipe off the kitchen counter...No heavy lifting....no walks (but to the mailbox is OK)..That type of thing.

I hope you start to feel better, it gets so hard at the end of a pregnancy.
I think with modified bedrest you have to lay and rest for most of the day but then you can go about your regular activities

Well I am glad you are finishing up with work! I'm sorry you are so swollen though and I hope you feel better!!! It won't be much longer!
