Tylenlol PM? Is it okay to take?
For some reason, I can't sleep and I'm completely exhausted. If I do fall asleep, it's after at least an hour of trying and then I'm awake every 1 1/2 hour. I need a good night's sleep.

My MD told me on Tuesday that I could take that to help me sleep. He said it is regular tylenol with benadryl in it.

Your going to get alot of different answers on this...My Dr said it was ok, but not every DR will say the same thing.
Your best bet is to check with your OWN Dr and see what they say.

I'm still waiting for a call back from the other day. Non urgent calls can take up to 7 days for a return call.

Everything I have read and my doctor told me as well that Tylenol PM was ok in moderation.
And as another pp said, Benedryl is ok to knock you out too.

This is very true! My Dr also says it is OK. My insomnia has been so bad he has even prescribed a sleeping pill. I'm lucky if I get more than an hour at a time and usually do not finally fall asleep until 4:30am, awake again at 5:30am. Speaking of which I am off to try to nap now.
Check with your Dr, good advice from Mrsv1015

Re: Tylenlol PM? Is it okay to take?
YES, you can take sleeping pills. It does NOT hurt the baby. I have Hyperemisis Gravidarum (pregnany disease) and the first cocktail the dr.s use are sleeping pills. Anyone with morning sickness is prescribed phenergen which is a sleep aide.
Personally you should ask your doctor always first.
