anyone else gag on their prenatal vitamins?
I cant stand taking them but i know i have to. To me they are HUGE! UGHHH

What kind do you have? I have Prenate Elite and they are not big at all.

I gagged on them for a while too. My OB gave me smaller ones that worked better. Maybe ask the doctor for the smaller ones.

Are they Vitafol-OB? Those are the ones I use and I swallow them easily.

I gagged and even threw one back up when the pharmacist changed me to a generic - I think the coating bothered me. Now that I am back to the regular, it is better, but sometimes I feel like I will gag and then don't.

i had a really hard time w/ them too esp b/c of the horrible m/s i had the whole pregnancy, my OB gave me the OK to take 2 flintstone vitamins instead

ughhh i agree!! i HATE them first thing i said when i saw them..are you kiddin these are horse pills!! sometimes i even have to sit with it in my mouth for a minute cause im scared to swallow...water and pill im like i cant do it
