Update....i don't know what is going on with me
So i went into the doctors office this morning. And as I figured, I no longer had a follicle on my right ovary ( i think that on friday my follicle was measuring 15.5). So, they want me to come back in tomorrow for more bloodwork and another sono...for what i dont know, to look for something that is not there. First the PA told me that I have high LH, and that the pee sticks will not work for me. She told me she was sorry that they missed my surge and that i should not have been told to come back in 4 days like they told me on friday. when they called this afternoon with my blood results it looks like i didnt ovulate....i dont know im so confused. when i go in tomorrow i really need to have this explained to me by dr brenner himself.
i know im a newbie at this whole infertility thing, but im a bit overwhelmed and exhausted by this. my veins are shot...my nerves are shot....

that is horrible. I am sorry, and this is a pretty gross error. I would definately demand an explanation and a course of action. And consider going somewhere else.
I honestly think part of it was becuase it was a holiday weekend and that is just sooo wrong!

Is it possible the sono tech couldn't find the follicle, but it's still there? Are they sure it was a follicle?
I would definitely talk to the Dr. and get some very clear answers.

I'm sorry this happened to you. I hope it wasn't that they missed your O and that maybe the PA couldn't find the follicle. Did they give you your numbers at all?

Julie I would be so pi**ed off! that is unacceptable. I would call and tell them that you want to talk to the doctor. either he will call you back or you can ask to see him. good luck

I'm so sorry this continues for you Jules! I would want to see Dr. Brenner too and have him go over the bloodwork and do a sono himself. The PAs are great, but at this point I'd like his opinion. Good luck with those veins too. I bruise big time every time they take blood...it's just how I am so I know how it can be awful!
