No Fun!
Last night we had a wedding for one of our good friends. I have to say, it was not fun being the only one who was completely sober, and the only one not dancing all night! I felt so left out! Dh was partying like he is never going to be out of the house again. All my friends had so much fun too. I got stuck with all the drunks, and of course I was the driver. Sorry for the pity party, but it was a LONG night for me.

i'll be in the same situation as you...i have a wedding to go to on saturday...well soon enough for us we'll be able to enjoy weddings again too

I feel your pain - we have had four weddings this summer/fall and I've been getting through them by chronicling the evening with my camera....You'd be surprised how quickly the drunk people sober up when you start flashing a camera in their face, saying, "I can't wait to put this on You-tube tomorrow!"
I guess it was kind of mean, but I was pretty bored at the wedding...

That sticks. My sister's wedding was in June and I was that person also. My DH who never drinks got drunk and I wanted to smack him! We have two more weddings before I have the baby and the only thing I am looking forward to is the food!

 I remember the wedding we went to when I was preggo. I felt the same exact way and DH was the drunkest I have ever seen him and he spent all night sick in the the bathroom.  I wanted to kill him. I got no sleep on our weekend away.

I went through that in May and June. No fun at all. I cannot dance without a little buzz on. Also, my stomach was not good at all the weekend of the June wedding, so I felt like garbage as well. I'm so glad our next wedding (which will be a super fun Greek wedding) will be post baby!
And some of our friends are such obnoxious drunks, I wanted to smack them. But it is fun to screw with the drunk people.

I know how you feel...i've had so many parties and a wedding that I had to go to also. I haven't told alot of people i'm pregnant so I always have to use some kind of excuse as to why I wasn't drinking.
