They've woven their massive webs again!

Out on our covered patio there are two huge spiders that keep making these massive webs. They are quite beautiful but I have to brush them down every day with the broom. I feel bad but... I can't have that.

I just try to stay out of their way! For some reason I refuse to kill themChat Icon I also brush their webs away if it's across my backyard gate and I need to go out!

I would not want to kill them.. they remind me of Charlotte in Charlotte's Web. They are just trying to live right? aww....

Yep! I had one that would drop down from the eves of the house on unsuspecting guests as they were lounging in a chairChat Icon They would scream and the spider hauled azz back up ....he was around for a month!

Yep! I had one that would drop down from the eves of the house on unsuspecting guests as they were lounging in a chairChat Icon They would scream and the spider hauled azz back up ....he was around for a month!



The only thing that worries me is that what if they are poisonous? They are pretyt big and brown looking.. I 'm worried they'll find there way in and I don't want to get bit by one of them.

I get them too-the latest huge one is in the corner where the building meets the patio awning.

I don't kill them, I try take pictures , if the light is good! Chat Icon

I figure they'll eat the other buggies before the get inside. Chat Icon

They aren't dangerous, just big and hairy Chat Icon I think they are more afraid of us then we are of them! I have yet to ever find one in my houseChat Icon Chat Icon

Every morning, I notice the way the light come through the web around 7:50 am, but I have to run to work. . .I am hoping the giant web is there tomorrow & that I can get up early enough to capture it! Chat Icon ( I'm such a dork. . . )

I have a few that have taken up residence near the gate to our garbage can area. They make my skin crawl, they are SO BIG. I like being indoors.
