What would you do/how would you feel....
we have this friend, they're married with a son. after our wedding, we got to together quite often. we saw them quite a few times a month. then she had a pampered chef party and got friendly with the consulant. then our gtg's weren't often.. she even complained to us about this person. we saw her once this summer. she invited us to h er son's 5th b-day party. dh doesn't even want to go. he says we're not good enough to gtg with them during the summer but fine for a party.
how would u feel about this

Don't make more of it than it probably is. Go, have fun, talk to her maybe it's nothing to worry about.

My knee jerk reaction would be the same as your husbands but I would go maybe things have been hectic for her who knows. This happens a lot your old friends meet new people then the newness wears off and there they are again. Don't make more of it than it probably is. Go, have fun, talk to her maybe it's nothing to worry about.
i know. i would go but i don't think dh wants to. i think he might feel a little used. i'm not going to force the issue with him though

She could just be really busy with work or whatever.

Things happen, people get busy. I wouldn't write off a friend just because I'm not seing her as much. If DH didn't want to go, I would go without him.
