Braxton Hicks
To the BTDT moms out there.... can a lot of Braxton Hicks contractions be the beginning of anything... by that I mean going into labor?
I am due on Sunday, went to the doctor yesterday and there were no signs at all that my baby is coming anytime soon, but I am getting a lot of Braxton Hicks contractions this afternoon. (at least I think that's what they are!)
Just wondering if anyone out there started making progress with those first! One can only hope!!!

when i was pregnant with dd (and didn't know anything) i got a ton of braxton hicks the day before i delivered. i thought i was in labor and called the doctor. my ob stayed on the phone with me and was able to determine it was not the real thing and that i was just an idiot.
on the bright side, the next day i went into real labor and delivered.
