Need Restaurant suggestions before I hurt someone!
BIL has his girlfriend from London coming to visit starting Firday. She has never visited our family. They are staying with us. Saturday is the only day they can do dinner. He planned it with MIL and FIL, but didn't invite us. So, not being one to let things just go, I said "can DH and I invite ourselves"? If he plans to stay with us and we're family too, the least he can do is not ignore us for dinner the only night they are available all week. Well, now MIL has her panties in a bunch b/c she wanted to go to Nautical Mile and DH and I are vegetarian.
We need restaurant suggestions! Something in Nassau or Western Suffolk and it must have "atmosphere" for MIL. Steakhouses and seafood restaurants are probably out...but anything else should be fine. DH and I are flexible and find things to eat almost anywhere else.
We were thinking...Fire Island? Hudson's Mill? Indian food? I don't know but I need help!
