(Might be a stupid question)Anything I can do....??????
Is there anything that I can do to help my baby get better in positions for delievery. I'm almost 33 weeks and when I had my last ultrasound the doctor. told me that her head was down low. I don't know maybe I'm freaking myself out,I just don't want to be told that my baby is breeched, that is one of my biggest fears. I want to do everything in my power to prevent a c-section. I know I my sound silly but still if anyone has advice I'll take it. This is my first baby and I'm far away from my mom and sisters. I just feel so clueless sometimes.Ok now I'm venting.

i don't think there is much you can do yourself to change your babies position in a major way, like from breech to head down.
but if your baby is head down now, there is nothing to change?

Well, if the head was down low, then that's a good position.
Try doing an online search but my midwife said you can do things like get on all fours & arch your back (also a good exercise for your pelvic muscles). There were other things but I don't remember.
There is also a version, which is when the dr physically pushes on your belly to try & get the baby to move. Don't do it yourself though, becaue it can cause the baby some distress

if the babies head is down low-- you are good.... they wont turn breech- esp if the head is low...
I ended up having a Csection though-- because his head was "flaoting" or "not engaging in the pelvis" but he was in position ready to go-- my anatomy was all the problem :)

This is outside of your control (like many things in labor, delivery, and your babies life!) So try to put it out of your mind. You have good doctors to support you!
