Homeowners Insurance ??
Mine is up in October and my bill just went up almost $300/year! Is that normal? I am going to have to call and ask why.

I've also heard of people getting dropped, merely becuase they live on LI.... It's not only the flood risk, for those near the shores, but also the industry thinking the next katrina will hit the tristate area.....
it's really annoying. you know if a hurricane WERE to hit, they wouldn't pay up anyway. The whole industry is rahter  to me
