Henry Update UPDATED AGAIN 8/31
First I want to thank all of you for your prayers. They really mean a lot to me.
The vet called and said they still aren't sure what the lump is even with the asperation. They pulled out blood and white blood cells. She said she doesn't think it is cancer but can't rule it out yet. The swelling has gone down because of the anit-inflamatories he has been taking, but the lump seems bigger. We have to take him in again on Friday for a re-check-up and will decide what route to go from there.
On the bright side he has become his active happy self again now that the swelling is down. I will keep all of you updated!

Dh took Henry to the vet because I had to go back to work. The vet did another asperation on the lump and this time puss and blood came out. (Sorry if TMI). She said that he has an abcess and that is causing the lump and swelling. She is still not sure what caused the abcess but things maybe he punchtured something under his tongue or it could be on a gland. Tomorrow I have to take him to have it drained while he is sedated.
This is such a relief. I was so scared it was something worse. I am glad it is something that can be fixed.
Again, thank you all for your hugs and prayers. Hopefully by tomorrow night he will be all better.

Henry is still in my prayers...my dog is currently going through chemo for lymphoma and he's in remission! I pray that you don't have to go through this process and that Henry just has a passing illness.
