Not in the mood to eat anything?!
I definitley have an aversion to lots of things and for a while I had cravings, but now, even though I am hungry, nothing appeals to me. It is so hard to eat. I haven't even been able to cook for DH because everything just kind of skeeves me. I feel like when I do eat, it's not a great choice, usually carbs. Anyone else experience this?

Yup. I had awful aversions for the first 16 or so weeks and now nothing really appeals to me except stuff I shouldnt be eating.

i havent lost my appetite this entire pregnancy!!! I've had a few aversions, but i have definitely not had a problem eating!! Which could explain why i'm huge

the only aversion I had in the beginning was chicken...but I definitely went through spurts where I didn't know what I wanted to eat, nothing appealed to me, even though I was hungry.

I am having huge meat aversions I cannot even look at it!!! I also find myself really hungry, but then when I sit down to eat something the hunger goes away and I can't even think about eating! More often than not I am able to handle and want things that aren't the healthiest of choices! Hang in there!

I too am having meat aversions. The sight or touch of raw chicken or fish makes me completely lose my appetite. I used to cook for myself and DH so much and now it's takeout.
Not wanting to eat, even if hungry, is normal I hope. I was telling DH I wish I could just take my meals via IV instead of having to taste them and deal with the cleanup.

Ugh! This is my life right now! I love food, cooking, going out to eat, trying new things, eating very healthy (see screen name ).
But now, there is so much that just makes me green just thinking about it. To me personally, this is one of the worst things to deal with along with the nausea because it seems to mess up the rest of my life. I no longer want to eat or drink, so I have no energy, so I haven't exercised, so I am constipated, so I am nothing but a big fat blob right now!
Normalcy cannot come soon enough.

I had many food aversion for the first 16 weeks. I just really did not like food in the first trimester. It was very difficult for to find thing that I liked. Even water bothered me. I had to drink water with a lot of ice.

My morning sickness didn't go away until about 17 weeks and some aversions never went away. Now, at 34 weeks, my nausea and strong aversions are back. It's awful. I hate everything. My lunch, snack and dinner yesterday was one bowl of chocolate ice cream.

Isn't it a crazy feeling. You're hungry, and you know that you are, but you can't find anything that appeals to you.
I'm starving, and will probably eat a bagel at lunchtime.
