Headache Pain!!
I get bad headaches...well the last few months I have been tracking them and found they are always during PMS. So now I have had this headache for 2 days and have tried everything...I even got the Tylenol PMS...and nothing works.
Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated!!

I have a hard time getting relief when I get migraines. The thing that helps at all is something cold over my eyes & forehead. I use a gel mask that goes in the fridge. Also sitting in a cool dark room. Head On actually helps me slightly as well. Feel better!

i tend to get more migraines around my period...
what about trying an excedrin migraine pill
or better yet a perscription migraine med from the doc..
i looove maxalt mlt

I also get headaches right before my period. For me, unfortunately nothing helps them, it sucks so bad because they last for 2-3 days. I told my gyno about them, and she said it is common in women. Gee thanks
